This is my dot project. It is based off of the book The Dot by Peter Reynolds. I created dots using crayons and painted over the crayon with water color. I also wrote a quote around the edge of the flower with white crayon but I didn't write hard enough or add enough blue to really contrast with the white so that didn't show up. This project was a lot of fun and would require students to create and not copy, but most of all see that they are an artist.
