This art project was based off of a lesson taught on graffiti. We had to write our name 10 different times and they needed to overlap at least 5 times. We also needed to have 2 different symbols and needed to follow a color scheme. I created two symbols that followed two different color schemes: warm and cold.
As an extension activity I would have students discuss different places we've seen graffiti and different types of graffiti like the new clean movement graffiti where art is created by cleaning certain areas and not others. Then we can recreate those methods.
