This was my lesson project based off of the book The Egg by M. P. Robertson. We created our own dragon eggs using plastic egg molds and clay. Then we added decorations and painted it. I did not leave a hole on the bottom of my egg for moisture to seep out through so my egg cracked and I had to decorate that.

As an extension activity I would have students create a story on where their egg came from and what will happen when it hatches. will it be a good or bad dragon?
